There is a lot being said at the current time about credit card debt. There are many reasons that people charge goods and service on credit cards and it is coming to light that those that are carrying high balances in many cases are also struggling with weight gain. This is proof that debt will not only affect your finances, but it will be debilitating to other areas of your life as well.

You cannot lose weight or get out of debt in one day, but you can get started. This will be your first step. Once you admit that things need to change, you will need a plan for changing your life, whether it is you debt or weight situation. If you want to see results, you will need to do things differently.
