Many individuals think that network marketing recruiting system is a self-generating business. If the product being marketed is perfect there is no need for an MLM recruiting system}. Downlines would simply grow all by themselves.

A winning network marketing recruiting system is one where duplication exists. Sustainable duplication exists when there is an expansion of people in number through the whole downline. Without everyone achieving success the network would not expand, but instead become paralyzed.
A winning MLM recruiting system does not just notify folks how to recruit or sway others into joining and hurl them out into the marketplace to sink or swim. There should be no secrets within the organization for the downline to duplicate. When building a downline, using a network marketing recruiting system success and knowledge which is built into the system filter downwards to all levels, thus preparing them for their upcoming success as long as they do not give up.
Put another way for the individuals to succeed, those at the bottom will need to succeed as well. Without the occuring the network marketing business model will not grow exponentually and would really just be someone at the top selling stuff.
The MLM recruiting system allows the top sponsor to impart to their downline the philosophies and knowledge that gave them success. This is why a network marketing recruiting system is from time to time mistakenly called a replicated system.
This works much like a franchise system where the franchisor is able to hand over their success formula to the franchisee.
